Editors Mike Jones and Liz Willey will introduce their recently published Field Guide to Alpine Areas of the East. Twenty scientists, explorers, naturalists, and land managers from the United States and Canada have collaborated to create this unique book that celebrates and documents the alpine zone. It covers all of the major alpine ecosystems in New England, New York, Québec, Labrador, and Newfoundland. Co-sponsor White Birch Books will be on hand with copies for sale.
