Join Tin Mountain for an on the ground look at the geologic history of the White Mountains, from tectonic plates to glaciers. Hike to the summit of Mount Willard for a view of the glacial U-shaped valley of Crawford Notch. Pack water, a lunch, and layers. The hike is 3.2 miles roundtrip and moderately strenuous.
