7 AM – Judy Elderkin will offer a Hatha yoga class with warm ups and sun salutations to start your day!
8 AM – Dixie Lea from Sunshine Yoga studio. Gentle yoga class suitable for all levels.
9 AM – Pamela Marshall from Yoga with Pamlea Joy. Sun salutation dissection. Explore how to access and increase arm, core, back strength and flexibility.
10 AM – Tara Schroeder fromGreen Turtle Yoga. Kripalu yoga class with warm-up movements and breath awareness, then stretch, strengthen and balance the body.
11 AM – Vanessa Mckinsey from Be Well Studios. Kripalu class incorporating various twists and stretches, and a variety of asana.
12 PM – Lily Morgan will teach an intermediate vinyasa flow with attention to core and stabilization, and breath awareness.
1 PM – Marcia Uhl from Be Well Studios and Nurture through Nature. Yin yoga class for all abilities.
2 PM – Christie Ann Rochette from The Yoga Shack & Moondance Massage. Table warm-ups followed by classical sun & moon salutations/Yin & Yang energy/Vinyasa flow style.
3 PM – Donna Joss will offer Yoga for Everybody! A fun and relaxing hour of yoga that will convince you that you can do yoga and feel wonderful in the process.
4 PM – Julie Mackiewicz from Be Well Studios. Kick Asana: A fun, invigorating, all levels flow to kick off summer.
5 PM – Corrie Blodgett will offer an outside Hatha yoga and walking meditation class.
6 PM – Julie Mackiewicz from Be Well Studios. Restoration, Relaxation, Meditation.
