Seeds abound in the fields and forests of the Mount Washington Valley and provide food for a large variety of wildlife as we head into winter.  Spruce and pine cones, apples, milkweeds, acorns, ash samaras and more fly, hitchhike, and are transported by wildlife.  Join Executive Director, Lori Jean Kinsey for a walk through the fields and forests of the Rockwell Sanctuary in search of winter weeds and seeds.
