Facilities & Sanctuaries

Tin Mountain’s properties in Jackson, Albany, and Conway, New Hampshire, provide conservation, research,and recreation opportunities to residents and visitors to the Mount Washington Valley. The Nature Learning Center, a green and net zero building, hosts public programs, school field trips, summer camps, and special events. Trails on the land at the Field Station and Rockwell Sanctuary are open to the public and provide great wildlife viewing and diverse habitats. The ‘Bear Paw’ timberlands in Conway are used to showcase sustainable timber harvest practices and are actively managed. Check out the links below for more information on the specific sites.
