The First Season Benefit Dinner/Auction: This signature annual fundraising event was started in 1987 and is consistently voted the best in the Mt. Washington Valley. Each year, 350-400 items are donated by local businesses and individuals and are auctioned to the highest bidders. Annual Meeting Festival: Tin Mountain Conservation Center’s Annual Meeting Festival is held in May and provides an excellent opportunity to learn more about the organization, meet the Trustees and staff, as well as members and volunteers without whom the organization would not be possible. The annual meeting day begins with field trips on the property and birding in the Brownfield Bog. After a short business meeting, there is a wonderful lunch and a keynote presentation by a noted speaker. The public is encouraged to attend and get involved!

Fryeburg Fair Exhibit: Early October finds us at the Fryeburg Fair, and Tin Mountain Conservation Center always has an exhibit that provides an opportunity to learn about local natural history, test the outdoor knowledge of the whole family, and become involved in Tin Mountain programs. The exhibit is chock full of information for adults and children alike, and includes a large nature display with a scavenger hunt for children.
