Strap on your skis for a winter wetland exploration in the Brownfield Bog. We’ll meet at Grant’s Store in Brownfield, Maine, at 10am and spend the afternoon exploring the winter ecology the area has to offer.  Signs of wildlife including otter, mink, moose, and fisher abound.

Keep your fingers crossed for snow! The outing will he held regardless of snow cover, although skis won’t be necessary if we don’t get more snow. Participants need to bring skis and a lunch. Call 447-6991 for reservations.

Tin Mountain Conservation Center Nature Programs are funded in part by L.L. Bean and NRCS. TMCC Nature Programs are open to the public and donations of $3.00 per person and $5.00 per family are appreciated.
