Adair Mulligan, Executive Director of the Connecticut River Joint Council, will lead viewers on a tour through the scenic landscape and highlight the issues faced in managing the health of the river. The Connecticut River is the largest river in New England, flowing over 400 miles through four states. It is America’s only watershed-based national fish and wildlife refuge.
