Seeds abound in the fields and forests of the Mount Washington Valley  and provide food for a large variety of wildlife as we head into winter.  Spruce and pine cones, apples, milkweeds, acorns, ash samara’s and begger’s ticks, fly, hitchhike , and are transported by wildlife.  Join Education Director, Lori Jean Kinsey for a walk through the fields and forests of the Rockwell Sanctuary in search of winter weeds and seeds.

Donations of $3/person and $5/family are appreciated; members are free. Tin Mountain nature programs are sponsored in part by L.L. Bean, the Evenor Armington Fund and Residence Inn by Marriott North Conway. Upcoming programs are also posted on the Tin Mountain facebook page.
