Stonewalls and Cellar Holes of Fryeburg

Sat, Nov 2, 9:30-12:30 Meet at the Fryeburg Visitor Center Naturalist Carol Foord will lead a fascinating exploration through Fryeburg to uncover the history of the Saco River Valley through local stone works. We will journey from 1725-1825 visiting Lovewell's monument, a slave's grave, Frye's cellar hole, Molly Ockett's cave, and other unique stonework sites. Dress warm, wear sturdy shoes, and bring water and snacks. Call 447-6991 for reservations.

In Search of the Old Town Road to Dundee
