A discussion on the State of Maple Sugaring in New Hampshire, today and in the future. Steven Roberge, UNH Cooperative Extension forestry specialist and professor, will present how sap flows in maples, how it’s extracted for maple syrup production and how a shifting climate and unpredictable weather impacts sap and syrup production.
