From 6:30pm until 8pm
At Nature Learning Center
Ever wonder who's rolling those acorns over your head in your attic? Or perhaps who feeds nearly all of our predatory mammals and birds? Join Dr. Rick Van de Poll for this workshop on small mammals and discover the fascinating habits of these tiny denizens of our woods. In the field we will learn to distinguish the tracks, scat, and signs of these fastidious furbearers. Please make reservations by calling 447-6991.
This program has a classroom and field component on separate days. You do not have to attend both days, but we highly encourage it. Fee: $10-class, $15-field session, $20-both
Class Session: Thursday, February 8, 6:30-8pm
Field Session: Saturday, February 10, 9am-1pm
