05May2020

From 7pm until 8pm

With the State’s Stay at Home recommendations extended through the end of the month, many of us are spending more time at home that usual. With more people at home all the time there is an increase in cooking & dishes, laundry, and showering. All of these activities lead to greater demand of the home’s septic system. Add to this an increased use of disinfectants (some of which can kill good bugs in your septic tank) and a shortage of toilet paper, and the equation may not equal a healthy septic.
