Jotham Oliver will lead an exploration of the intricate beaver drainage on the Tin Mountain Bear Paw lands. Evidence of active beavers abounds in their cuttings, lodges, dams, and tracks. Dress warm, bring a lunch & snowshoes, or borrow ours. Reservations call 447-6991.
Tin Mountain community nature programs are open to the public, and are made possible thanks to the generous sponsorship of LL Bean. The cost of the program is $5 for families, $3 per person and free for members.
